Specific Gravity: 1.3313 to 1.3437 at 20° C
pH: 2.80 to 4.20
Acidity, Titratable: (wt/wt as citric acid): 2.50% to 6.50%
Standard Plate Count: < 5000 CFU/gram
Yeast & Mold: < 200 CFU/gram
Coliform: < 10 CFU/gram
E-coli: Non-Detected

Peach Juice Concentrate, 68° Brix, shall be prepared from wholesome raw materials suitable for use in food products and will be representative of good manufacturing practices and in conformance to all applicable Federal Standards. The product shall contain no added color or artificial flavor.
