Product Description  

Prune juice concentrate is produced by hot water leeching dried prunes to remove the natural fruit sugars.  During this process, the naturally occurring pectin is removed by enzymatic addition.  The enzymes are denatured by high temperature processing to produce the finished product.

Every batch of concentrate is analyzed to insure that the product meets the high standards.  The product is guaranteed to meet the requirements set forth in this specification.

Product provided will be subject to the micro requirements above.  All products will conform US microbial, pesticide, mycotoxin, branding, and labeling requirements set forth by the US FDA and Federal Food and Drug Cosmetic Act.

Packaging Information

The product can be packed in 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums, or 280 gallon totes.

Storage/Shelf Life

Prune Juice concentrate is naturally equipped to main stability at temperatures between 15 and 21 degrees C.  This is due to the low pH, low water activity and high Brix properties.
